Get ready to pedal your way to a stronger, fitter you! Our Studio Cycle classes are high-energy, instructor-led sessions designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and boost endurance. With motivating music and a dynamic studio atmosphere, every ride is an exciting challenge.

Good to Know

To make the most of your class, we recommend bringing, Comfortable, breathable workout clothing, cycling shoes if you have them optional; regular trainers work too, a water bottle (you’ll need it!), a small towel to keep dry and your energy and great attitude to get you moving your way!

Each class is designed to keep you engaged and moving: Warm-up to get your legs and heart ready, Varied cycling drills, including sprints, climbs, and intervals, Resistance adjustments to challenge your strength and endurance, motivating coaching and music to keep energy high, Cool-down and stretch to recover safely. Instructors guide you every step of the way, offering modifications for all fitness levels.
