To get the most out of your session, we recommend bringing: Comfortable, breathable workout clothing, supportive trainers, a water bottle (you’ll need it!), small towel and your energy and great attitude to get you moving your way!
Each class is built to challenge you while keeping things fun and engaging: Each class begins with a Dynamic warm-up to get your body ready, short bursts of intense exercise, followed by brief recovery periods, mix of movements like cardio, bodyweight exercises, and strength work, motivating coaching to push you at your own pace, Cool-down and stretch to help recovery. No two classes are exactly the same, keeping workouts fresh and exciting.
