Looking for a full-body workout that’s fast, fun, and effective? Our Circuits classes combine strength, cardio, and endurance exercises in a rotating station format. Each session keeps you moving, challenges all major muscle groups, and maximises calorie burn in a motivating group environment.

Good to Know

To get the most out of your class, bring: Comfortable, breathable workout clothing, supportive trainers, a water bottle to stay hydrated, a small towel and your energy and great attitude to get you moving your way!

Every class is designed to keep energy high and results coming: Warm-up to prepare your body, Circuit stations targeting different muscle groups and fitness areas, Timed intervals mixing strength, cardio, and core work, Instructor guidance with modifications for all levels and a Cool-down and stretch to aid recovery. No two classes are exactly the same, keeping your workouts challenging and exciting.
