To get the most out of your class, we recommend bringing: Comfortable, breathable workout clothing, Supportive trainers a water bottle and a small towel plus your energy and great attitude to get you moving your way!
Each class is structured to work your entire body: Warm-up with light weights to prepare your muscles, Barbell-based exercises including squats, presses, lifts, and curls, High repetition training to build strength and endurance, Instructor-led coaching with options to adjust your weight, cool-down and stretch to support recovery. You control the weight, making it suitable for beginners through to advanced members.
