Make a splash while getting fit! Our Aqua Fitness classes use the resistance of water to provide a low-impact, full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints but highly effective. Perfect for all fitness levels, these sessions improve strength, endurance, and flexibility in a fun, refreshing environment.

Good to Know

To enjoy your class, make sure to bring: Swimsuit and swim cap, towel, water bottle optional, we will supply all floats and aqua dumbbells. Don’t forget to bring your energy and great attitude to get you moving your way!

Each class combines exercise and fun in the pool: Warm-up in the water to loosen muscles, Low-impact cardio and resistance exercises for strength and endurance, Core and balance training using the natural resistance of water, Instructor guidance with modifications for all abilities and a cool-down and gentle stretches in the pool. The buoyancy of water makes movements easier on joints while still giving a challenging workout.
